Gardner’s Grill began in 2013 when Pam and I opened the food side of our little business. Starting with Philly classics—cheesesteaks, roast pork, hoagies, and more. We grew and adapted through the years. Today, we’ve returned to the basics, serving up crave-worthy All-American grill favorites: smash Burgers, crispy fries, creamy shakes, and a few must-haves like Philly cheesesteaks, wraps, and salads.

In 2024, we welcomed Chef Matthew Tolbert to lead our kitchen. A Culinary Institute of the Carolinas graduate, Matthew refined his craft in fine dining across Kentucky and Indiana before returning home. With his mother, Cindy (“Momma C”), by his side, they’ve simplified the menu without losing flavor. Together, they bring heart, skill, and a fresh perspective to Gardner’s Grill while keeping tradition alive.
